Speaking Club
Constitution of the GATES SPEAKING CLUB:
Speaking Club at GATES aims to promote good communication skills by conducting just a minute sessions, impromptu speaking etc among students.
Objectives:
1. Speaking Club: Provide an encouraging atmosphere for students to express views about whatever they choose.
2. Increase fluency, reduce accents and build confidence to think and speak English.
3. Give opportunities to students to practice listening skills and practice speaking interactively real English within the students’ community.
4. Allow opportunity for students to express opinions and debate issues and thereby encourage critical thinking.
5. Learn English in a fun way in a natural and authentic English speaking classroom community.
