Constitution of the GATES PROJECTS CLUB:

It is an initiative taken by the students of GATES to encourage and inculcate project and product development culture within the students of the institute.
Objectives:
1. The club aims to train engineers from all branches to work on different aspects of their existing skills and various competitions so they develop a wider skill set.
2. The aim is to develop a better understanding of any concept that the members might be interested in and complete their tenure with utmost knowledge and skills.
3. Participating in maximum number of competitions so we can provide maximum practical competitiveness and application of taught skills.

Project Expo 2K23
1. On 29th Nov 2023, The Project Expo 2K23 at GATES Institute of Technology, Gooty showcased an array of innovative projects developed by students through clubs like Ampere Club, Project Club, and GATES IDEA Club. The event, inaugurated by Smt. V. K. Padmavathamma, featured the active participation of the institute's esteemed faculty and management, including Dr. Syed Suraya, Principal, who engaged with students, providing valuable feedback and encouragement. Mrs. V. K. Padmavathamma and Mrs. V. K. Srivani commended the participants and organizers, highlighting the importance of such events in fostering creativity, practical knowledge, and ethical values among students.


Poject Expo ECE 2K23
2. The Project club and department of Electronics & Communication Engineering organized a project expo for final year students on 25-04-2023. Students presented their projects in image processing, embedded systems and VLSI, and IoT. The aim of this event was to enhance students' creativity, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Such expos offer a great opportunity for students to showcase their skills, gain practical experience, and prepare for their future careers.

Project Expo-ME & CE 2K23
3. Department of Mechanical Engineering & Civil Engineering in association with Project Club, GATES Institute of Technology, organized Project Expo on 24th April 2023 for III-year and IV-year students. In this event our Principal Dr. G. Shanthi garu, Mechanical HOD Dr. B. Siddeswara Rao garu, Civil HOD Mr. J Ritesh and all Mechanical & civil departments faculty marked their presence to examine and review the all projects. Students presented their projects in Composite Materials, Electric Vehicles, Multipurpose Mechanical Machines and Agriculture Machines.
All the III-year and IV-year students were participated in expo showing their interest in understanding the basic operations of different projects also they were asked questions related to the project which is part of project-based Learning. With this project expo students have developed attributes like Team work, innovations, communication skills, practical approach and was able to use their academic knowledge for practical purpose which will definitely help them in future.

AVISHKAR 2022
4. The Project club and department of Electronics & Communication Engineering organized a project expo for final year students on 07-01-2022. Students presented their projects on given problem statements. The aim of this event was to enhance students' creativity, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

5. On 14/12/21, Project Club and Department of EEE has conducted a Project Expo 2k23 on the objective of Electrical vehicles and students have showcased projects that challenges in the real world. Few projects are Transforming an IC engine vehicle to electrical vehicle, Dtecting of the light such as flash light and follows the light on the travelling path this model automatically detects the light source, the detection of the rain it can be used in home cottages and auto mobiles to protect the internal parts
